Spa Etiquette
We want your experience with us to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. To ensure everyone has a peaceful and rejuvenating visit, we've put together some simple guidelines. Here are some friendly reminders to keep in mind:
-
The spa is for guests 18 years and older.
-
Please do not use the spa if you are sick.
-
Reservations are required before visiting the spa. Walk-ins welcome, availability dependent.
-
Check in at the desk to let staff know you've arrived and to receive your complimentary guest pack (1 bath mat, 1 shower towel, 1 plastic baggie for your wet swimsuit).
-
If you forget to bring your own robe, they're available for purchase at the front desk.
-
If you would like extra shower towels, they're $2 each and can be signed out at the front lobby.
-
No glass or outside food/drinks in the spa. Refreshments are available for purchase in the lounge and boutique.
-
Our spa and lounge are tech-free, with no exceptions. Please silence your phone and leave it in your spa locker while using the spa.
-
Respect the personal space of others and be mindful of your tone, volume, and choice of conversations.
-
Clean sandals or bare feet in the spa, only. No street shoes.
-
Guests are required to shower (with soap!) after arriving and before using the spa. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
-
Proper swimwear is required during spa use. No activewear, underwear, or nudity.
-
Please use your towel to sit on in the sauna and for drying off after plunging and showering.
-
It's required to rinse off (that sweat!) after each sauna use and before cold plunging or using the lounge.
-
Only dry attire/robes and bare feet/clean sandals may be worn in the lounge.
-
Please place all linens in the designated hampers after your session is complete.
-
Be respectful of check in and check out times to allow enough space for other guests.
-
If you arrive late for your spa appointment, you will still be required to check out at your scheduled end time.
